Dear {{Constituent First Name}},
Please join us on Tuesday, December 9, for our monthly stakeholder meeting. This month, the focus will be on the critical role of interfaith networks spanning all sectors in fostering social cohesion across communities nationwide.
Stakeholders Work to Build a Coordinated National Strategy
TRUST Network Stakeholder Meetings serve a distinct purpose in the larger ecosystem of backbone organizations and networks. We work from the community outward, grounding our role as a national convenor not in directing or driving the strategy. But, rather, we connect, facilitate, and amplify the work you are doing to ensure our efforts are coordinated and complementary.
Our monthly meeting will serve as a strategic working session. Our goal is twofold:
Learn and Catalog: We will collectively share and learn about the groundbreaking work underway by interfaith coalitions in various regions and sectors (education, legal work, community development, healthcare, advocacy, etc.).
Strategically Weave: Through collaborative discussion, we will actively work to strategically weave these individual, successful projects into a cohesive fabric. The ultimate aim is to identify areas of synergy and collaboration to enrich coordinated national efforts for greater impact and efficiency.
Your participation is crucial, as the insights and initiatives you share are vital for shaping a truly inclusive and effective national coordination strategy. We look forward to leveraging this hour with you to take concrete steps toward strengthening our collective impact.

Fellows for Democracy and Public Service Initiative
The Bridge Alliance and the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) unveiled the Fellows for Democracy and Public Service Initiative. Designed to elevate distributed leadership across the democracy reform and civic renewal space, the initiative is a step toward integrating institutional wisdom with civic imagination by linking the Academy’s distinguished Fellows with the dynamic, cross-sector ecosystem cultivated by the Bridge Alliance.
Fellows will anchor their work across six vital sectors, including civil service modernization, electoral integrity, bridging and dialogue, and pluralism. This initiative aims to translate institutional wisdom and civic imagination into executable action plans that strengthen democratic infrastructure and public trust.

Rotarians for Civic Participation
Rotarians for Civic Participation is a growing effort to bring the spirit of Rotary—not politics—into civic life by encouraging truth, fairness, goodwill, and benefit for all in our shared public spaces. Imagine if every public servant began their day with The Four-Way Test, if every voter reflected on it before casting a ballot, and if every law were held to these same timeless standards. In a time of rising division and diminishing trust, we invite Rotarians and friends who care about civic participation to join us in advancing integrity and hope. If you’d like to stay connected with this project, sign uphere.
